• Hotel rates are for 2 Adults per room per night and inclusive of 10% service charge and government tax. Children under the age of 8 years can stay free. Extra Adults and Children charged at 300 THB (Baht) per person per night, no extra bed provided.

• 500 baht surcharge will be added during tourism festivals, for example Chinese New Year, Songkran, Loi Krathong, and Christmas & New Year’s holidays

• A minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellations or changes. Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of the check in date, or no show, the first night of reservation will be charged.

• All room rates are quoted per room in Thai currency (Baht) and subject to change without prior notice.

• Monthly rates available upon request.

• Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out 12:00 pm (Special arrangements can be made in advance and subject to availability)
